• Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the original videos you upload. Reaction content generated by the Service (scripts, audio, rendered videos) is licensed to you for your use. MakeReactions.AI retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service.

6. Payment & Credits

Certain features of the Service may require payment or credits. Pricing and credit allocations are displayed within the Service and may change with notice. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
